    Stopped by the butcher yesterday after work and picked up two 6lb butts for tomorrow. Along with some other goodies of course. I have no self control lol! :drool::rofl: :lol:

    Top sirloin cap or rump cap is American translation. Might have to get the primal cut and so some butchering yourself. Lots of videos on you tube.

    Daughter #1 is home from Boston for a week...three Boston butts on, I like to send her home with a freezer care package at the end of the week, we'll do some ribs, salmon, jerky and summer sausage as well.
