its not that bad....prolly 5 min to make the weave...i do everything on parchment paper.....no muss or fuss no cutting board to clean up

Stopped by the butcher yesterday after work and picked up two 6lb butts for tomorrow. Along with some other goodies of course. I have no self control lol!
I asked the butcher at my Hannaford about picanha steaks and he looked at me like I was speaking Portugese
Top sirloin cap or rump cap is American translation. Might have to get the primal cut and so some butchering yourself. Lots of videos on you tube.
Daughter #1 is home from Boston for a week...three Boston butts on, I like to send her home with a freezer care package at the end of the week, we'll do some ribs, salmon, jerky and summer sausage as well.
