Those were made with some Chinese style links and ground beef.....I wont do them again.the chinese links didn't do it.
Chicken wings- marinated in soy sauce and garlic overnight, then smoked hot 'n fast. This is a portion of the batch which was just over 6 lbs.
Much more interesting than the usual pork loin! You might want to consider a quick line about what we are looking at in your smoking / cooking photos- sometimes the reality is even better than our imaginations. Brian
Oh, and BTW, I have to compliment you on taking the time to wrap the bacon so neatly. I watched a video of how to do that on pork loin and while it does make a very nice presentation I am afraid after about bacon strip no. 3 I would give up, fry the bacon in a pan and slop it over the underlying dish. So kudos to you for having the patience to 'do it correctly'. In my old age I would like to think I am getting a little more patient regarding food prep. and cooking but I still have trouble resisting the call of the microwave..... Brian
