What's on the grill or smoker?

thats a great picture!....ok,chopped up steak,beans,sausage pattie with cheese??? im not sure...maybe a hash brown?

korean cheese corn over the firebox....we work on dumpsters too

 

fresh mozz and the darker spots are some sliced gouda a little time in the cook chamber adds some smoke

no,cause i forgot i was a gentle flower.

I prolly shoulda cooked them at a little higher temp or seared them off at the end, cause the casings were tuff

 

First nice day here since May,got the pit goin with hickory and a chunk of fresh pork belly,beer in hand.

Breakfast this morning. Duck eggs, hot peppers from the garden, mushrooms and some cheese.

Reminds me of grandpa’s “wimpy burger” he used onion, pepper and bread crumbs. He passed long ago I’ll have to try to replicate it sometime.
