Making spicy ranch sauce for the smashburger 1 cup mayo 1 cup sour cream 1 cup bbq sauce Ranch dressing mix Hot sauce/chile paste
Not alot of pics,it was family time....the griddle works great. Double smash burger Bacon Swiss White American Mushrooms Lettuce Tomato Spicy ranch Toasted buttered buns
Good looking burgers! Did it get nice and hot? Just wondering, due to the difference in the btus vs the blackstone. Ive been wanting a griddle, like the 36 inch bstone, but hard for me to justify the price and size. I think i want a combination of size and number of burners for cooking zone options. That one being portable and 3 burners vs 2, plus the price, looks like a good candidate.
Yeah def no lack of heat, ran it at the lowest setting for the most part. really easy clean up too..it was a mess so i thru it in the shop for the night so the bears wouldnt get it...came out this am hit it with a paint scraper, little dish soap and a plastic brush...like new.
Was gonna do these yesterday, but BIL couldn't make it up till after 2 PM for tree work (spotter, per wife's request). So.. today is rib day
Flammekuchen...on the stone on the grill, extra thin, super crispy Pizza crust Creme fraiche Bacon Carmelized onions
Trying some kabob baskets for the 1st time. Working pretty well so far definitely easier than skewers.
SKEETER McCLUSKEY I smoked a chuck roast last week for pulled beef sandwiches- rave reviews Did another smaller one with better marble this afternoon for me and the GF. Used a little big bob Gibson’s sauce- it’s a great pairing
I'm trying out this high density charcoal for a marinated pork loin. I have to admit it smells like a coal forge heating up. I'm not sure if it will impact the flavor. It lit easy and very little smoke from the chimney starter. Used just a few dry pine sticks to get them to take off. I wasn't expecting these biggins outta the bag.
