It's a lonestar.....it was almost 4 month lead time to get it built. You can try shirley fabrication.....I heard their lead time was alot more than that.
Thanks Skeeter , I know you had told me earlier what it was but I couldn't find your post. I am kicking myself for not planning a little better and getting this going sooner. Wrong time of year to be buying something like this ;it's like trying to buy a generator after the tropical storm. I don't want to make the mistake of buying some crappy knock-off either.
Trimmed up a 10lb pork belly this morning and vacuum sealed. Gonna marinate these trimmins and smoke later

Well,that's if your a fuss azz like me,if your not then it doesn't matter....I'm sure they cook fine and are heavy built.
