Not sure what it's called, but it sure is good. She found it on the Facebook. 50/50 beef and spicy Italian sausage. Talk about a meatball in every bit.

Smoked two Salmon fillets...
Nice!! And then what? I'd love to smoke salmon, but do you eat the end product stand alone or in sandwiches, dips, etc?
Ive ate it with Mac & Cheese, sweet potatoes, or even just a Salad.... it’s a real easy smoke... my buddy has been bugging me to smoke him some salmon.... so I figured it would be a good relaxing afternoon smoke....
Noticed temp probes. What temps do you smoke at and to what temp do you cook the salmon to?
I set my traeger to the 180F ... and when they got to 140F I pulled them...
