6# Prime rib going in the sous vide at 131* for 6-7 hours. I'll finish it on a cast iron pan and make a red wine sauce from the drippings.
I can’t say I’ve had a Prime Rib.... I hear it mentioned a lot around here & around home... I might have to go figure one out....
Oh you have to have to try it. That is Chaz go to choice when we go out for dinner. Not always but most of the time. I go for seafood.
Prime Rib is a staple around here on Saturday night at most restaurants. Very good if it's cooked right.
She is covering it with olive oil,truck load of garlic,salt and pepper. It will be wrapped and refrigerated till tomorrow.
