Last night's dinner cooked by my son
Put up 14 bottles of hard cider this morning....now just gotta wait....
4.2lb chuckie,its been rollin at 235°for about 5hrs

Get into kegs, you’ll be drinking that in three days!
This is fresh off the grinder from a little market......one sweet one hot....smoked with apple
