Chicken thighs up top and thin pizza crust stuffed with 4 slices ham and 3 slices pepper jack topped with oregano and some garlic rub
Making another batch of the ham and cheese things today and added a little sauce...this pilsbury dough sucks it won't stick to itself....yesterday the dough I used came in sheets not a tube,much better quality unfortunately this is not gonna turn out as planned but I'm pressing forward and learning
Ok here we go pit is at 275°these things are ugly and gonna be leakers,but I think I got a handle on it now.....perfection next week!!!!!
my old lady ben makin pizza for almost a 100 years......well maybe not that long but pilsbury dough sucks
I pull them by 140 deg but maybe because i always let em rest in a covered container for at least 30 minutes they finish cooking there.
