    About 7 1/2 lbs of wings just went on... one is cooking on cherry wood & the other on mulberry & Hickory...

    ice storm today so smoked a 8lb brisket flat cut for 11 hrs with hickory....just threw it in the pan to move it... IMG_0836.JPG

    pork sirloin cubed up with my chinese 5 spice marinade......smoker hot like 325....sorry no pics on the cookin grate,doesnt look red cause i didnt use food coloring IMG_0841.JPG

    this was awhile back i have alot of pictures to post,some arnt current as in IMG_0452.JPG like last nite...

    flat iron steak in the kamado on hot griddle,this is a reverse sear.....smoked for a while on the grate (lower heat) then let it rip on the lower griddle level with no heat deflector
