About 7 1/2 lbs of wings just went on... one is cooking on cherry wood & the other on mulberry & Hickory...
ice storm today so smoked a 8lb brisket flat cut for 11 hrs with hickory....just threw it in the pan to move it...
What a great way to celebrate (?) an ice storm...!! What will you cook for the changing of the seasons?
The pics of the good stuff are making me jealous. I'm still trying to make healthy decisions. Smoked salmon and a little of smoked chicken with my salad.

The other nights supper... Deer tenderloin been soaking in buttermilk for two days.... Them tucked under some bacon... smoked with hickory and mulberry

this was awhile back i have alot of pictures to post,some arnt current as in like last nite... flat iron steak in the kamado on hot griddle,this is a reverse sear.....smoked for a while on the grate (lower heat) then let it rip on the lower griddle level with no heat deflector
