Without personally dropping off broken equipment at your shop on a daily basis, your postings are all I have to go by. Thinking about throwing a piece of rebar in a chipper just so I can drag it over and try one of those things.

There has been a brisket in the freezer for several months that I’ve been wanting to smoke. I thawed it out starting Monday and seasoned it and trimmed it on Thursday evening. Friday night it went on the smoker and Saturday my wife’s work crew was full and happy. I have a good bit still in the fridge.

My friend that lives down the road smokes a lot of food and needed some apple. He came over and we loaded up his Ranger.
