    Figured I had to explain this. They only sell Spam in cases (12 cans.) at Costco. Normally I would not buy this amount, but I had a hankerin' for Spam at the time we were shopping. Plus, I figured this stuff will be good for a disaster plan as it probably lasts 100 years in the can. :thumbs::loco: :crazy:

    If you've ever googled this stuff you will see there are a ton of varieties and recipes. Who knew?

    But spam, no thanks...I just see no reason to eat that!

    Mrs. TD wants to fire the cooker up today since its supposed to get into the high 50's today.
    We'll see what she has in mind later.

    Hope they are good.. Made the rub up and prepped the grill.. Will be smoking with pecan and cherry.. First time I have done ribs.. Next I may do a Boston butt for pulled pork..

    ok,just lettin you peeps know that a couple weeks ago i deep fried some flat iron steak chunks(never deep fried anything before).....flour and some garlic powder,kosher salt,fresh pepper etc.......tonite same steak but used bizqiuck instead....no where near as good,i even let the warden try it,and she agrees IMG_0824.JPG IMG_0825.JPG

    its good,just not as good as flour with seasonings
