I'm trying to eat a little healthier. I made a salad with kale, lettuce, pecans, cranberries, eggs, carrots, apples and smoked turkey and mozzarella.
Tried my hand on the second round of smoked chees. This time I didn't melt the cheese....... Two blocks of Hab/pepper jack & garlic mozzarella cheese....
I usually give it a coating of butter and seasoning then cook it at 500 for each lb of roast. This time, I seasoned it first then sprayed some "butter flavored" spray can processed $hi! on the roast; then did 500 for 30 minutes (5 lb roast) It was actually pretty good this way! Just a touch rare for my tastes. edit: should read cook it at 500 for five minutes per pound of meat e.g. three lbs of roast, 15 minutes of cooking at 500
