For some reason my alerts haven’t put one up from this thread since Saturday of last week. Of course, I’m too dumb to check on my own. Lots of great stuff I missed, and lots of stuff I gotta try. Those skirt stake skewers SKEETER McCLUSKEY , look awesome. Those wrapped hot sausage doesn’t look too bad either. What was that ring you smoked, bologna?

Everybody else put up some really nice grub that I’ve got to add to the list. The weather here is gorgeous the past few days and I need to get some food on the grill.

The wrapped hot sausage was really good.. I took it out of the casing, next time I'm gonna use bratwurst out of the casing. The ring was fresh uncured polish sausage

I’ve been eating Salmon more because it’s healthy and taste great but I have been craving some ribs. The last ribs I smoked went straight to my father in law and I didn’t eat any myself.
I put sauce on most of them but some of the family likes dry rub over the wet. I made 1/4 of a rack spicy hot for me.

Bratwurst sounds awesome in the smoker. I have a Polish deli kind of close to me. I think is should check out if they have anything like fresh sausage unlinked.

Looked at some corned beef yesterday but was more $$ than I wanted to spend. I miss the st paddy day sale prices

Falling back on burgers, sausage and maybe some chicken tonight. Suppose to rain next few days so cooking extra for leftovers. Why cook in the rain when it keeps just fine for 2-3 days anyway

I know, but it’s close to 40 miles away. I would have to load up on them to make it worth it.
