    Sacrilege I say.

Chili without beans, is a sauce to be put on something else. Like hot dogs.

The beans may be "filler", but I've seldom really enjoyed it without the beans.

Personal preference and all that.

Lots of rain on the grill tonight. So much for dinner plans.

What’s on the grill or smoker? Nothing! I’m out of town for work. The more I travel, the more I enjoy my cooking. This trip had been mediocre at best. When I get home it’s going to be smoked salmon.
Here is an old pic I’ll use for inspiration to smoke food when I get home.

We love the Sweet Baby Rays, have not tried the Hickory/brown sugar. How do you like it Chaz?

I've tried most of them, it's primarily the hickory & brown sugar, or the Sweet Vidalia that is my normal go-to.

Although, I must admit, I've not tried the Buff wing sauce. Generally make that myself.

Somehow I was doing a handstand.
    Salmon marinated in:
Light sprinkle of lemon pepper, garlic and dill weed rub that in.
    Marinate in:
3TB soy sauce, 3TB oil, 3 TB brown sugar, 3TB chicken broth and 3 sprigs of green onion diced.
Lay thin sliced Vidalia onion and lemon on top.
    Grill ~400-425
I haven’t cooked salmon any other way since finding this recipe.

    Sounds delicious.

Doesn't look like you wrap the salmon, just foil underneath for ease?
