    Atomic buffalo turds are halapeno peppers filled with cream and cheddar cheese, a spice rub sprinkled on then a little smokey or hot sausage. Wrap in bacon then smoke it for about 2 hrs or till bacon is crisp to your liking.

    Marinated London broil and some portobello shrooms,
    Olive oil, balsamic, garlic, oregano and basil, red pepper flakes in the marinade, the beef is local raised Charolais
