    Had venison loin steaks and roasted taters and Brussels sprouts....all cooked in cast iron...for dinner.

    Just dropped a load of wings in the big easy - this is the 4th run of wings in it - man they are crunchy and delish....I have slight modification coming(smoke ability) will start a new thread when I get the materials

    Not sure where I will cook them, but the old lady picked up some pigeons at Aldi's. I guess they are really called Cornish game hens.
