Yes and what you see there is my only complaint. When doing full racks of big ribs they will lay on the grate but the ends will burn where it hangs over the deflector so I wrap them around. I have done as many as 7 racks on that rack I just cut them in half and overlap the halves in the center of the rib rack. When doing just a few racks I wrap them. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

I haven't posted any real food stuff here but I'm a pizza nut. I'm pretty much obsessed with recreating the perfect Neopalitan style pizza and that's been my main focus for years. Tonight I'm venturing somewhere I never thought I'd see myself going, deep dish Chicago. I've never thought of making it but I found some pans in the basement that my parents bought me probably 15 years ago so here we go. Using Lou Malnati's recipe that I got over on pizzamaking, one of my other forums. Pictures to follow!

I love fattys, looks great! Gotta get a shot of the interior next time. Made a awesome sausage one. Maple breakfast sausage, honey ham and provolone. Sweet apple BBQ rub. Did it on the UDS, came out great.
