My camera system passively watches my entire property. She's constantly doing crazy chit. Wait until I post the vids. She's definitely nuts.

Am just sorry to hear you guys having to go through all this. Nothing worse than living next or behind someone who is either crazy, rude, or disrespectful. At my old home I had a neighbor behind me that frequently would be up late hours having a party out back. Am talking 2, 3 in the morning. Drunker they got the louder they got and the louder the radio got. I said something a few times but I use to come home from work on Friday night cringing because if I came home and saw them out back already I knew I was in for a long night and it just killed me. All I want is peace and quiet!

A few years back my neighbors decided to have monster truck rallies in the field next to my house on the weekends! I was so happy when they moved!

I use to wish those folks behind me moved all the time! My dream was to drive by and see a for sale sign, LOL! As it turns out we outgrew our house and needed to upgrade in size a little. One of my must haves on the new house was it backed to a wooded lot. I got that wish but also moved to a busier street and area, but that's another bowl of wax. Pros and cons to everything I guess!!

We have great neighbors now, I take good care of them when they need help.

But you are not in the middle of nowhere. It is a very nice place in a very nice area.

Finally spoke with my attorney this morning, he said pretty much what I expected. Small claims court is the least expensive option but he would represent me if I wanted him to. Picked up a copy of the police report at lunch and tried to reach the local Survey guy that I know casually, he didn't answer and I didn't leave a message.
I think my plan is going to be, establish the exact property line and then consult my attorney as to if he thinks I strongly worded letter with an offer to come to an agreement on what I expect him to do to make me whole again would be a reasonable first step before filing in small claims. I don't want to create a problem with the letter that could hurt me in court if it goes there.
