    when you get all the parameters right, pizza is about a 2 minute deal, very fast. the floor will be 800 plus and the dome over 1000 degrees.

    this is the section templates for the mold, then screen so the plaster is about an inch thick.

    each pie section of the dome is about 250 lbs the whole oven is around 1250 or so. if I remember correctly I have about $1900 in materials.
