    I haven't quite reached "hoarder" status, I don't think,,
The deadbeats wear me out sometimes too. I keep a lock on my wood shed for a reason.
My neighbor, One Eye Injun Ed, won't get in the truck to cut wood except maybe,,maybe once a year, this year twice,,it's a record!! He aint ever earned the 1st stick that went on his wood pile.
Ol' Injun Ed came around panhandlin' wantin' a "couple arm loads" to get him thru as I was unloading, splitting, stacking a load off the truck,,I busted a couple pieces of Poplar and tossed those to him...he grabbed a couple pieces of soft Maple and I sent him home,,told him I'm cutting tomorrow, get in the truck,,he never showed up,,He can burn L.P. gas..

The fact that you're here and involved shows that you're more prepared than most.

$150 for a cord, + $200 for each year of seasoning, you load it and haul it!

    You got it TC! I'd see that… and raise you a $100 !!! :D

If it was me, it would have to be a price that was a LOT more than what they could buy it else where. And, I'd tell em that I didn't sell firewood usually anyway. That way… if anyone "feels bad" for a guy who didn't get his arse back behind him earlier (get his own firewood) and sells him a little… you'll "feel better" all the way to the bank…(and, there are always exceptions) … :saw::saw::saw::tree::tree::tree::axe::axe::axe::thumbs:…………………………………
