    Went the store and they had beef tenderloin too cheap to pass on. Roasted Brussels sprouts on the side.

    No doubt. Pretty tough to beat. In fact, I just made up a batch and am getting the smoker up to temp as we speak. I'll throw up a pic or two as things develop. :thumbs:

    I hear you. I wasn't planning on ABTs today, but after posting the pic from a while back, I decided to go to the store and throw some together. Should be on the smoker in about twenty minutes, then it's time to crack a cold one and try not to lift the lid too often. :cheers:

    Lukem, I don't want to hijack your thread so maybe I'll just start an ABT thread when the time comes. Nice score on the beef tenderloin and roasted brussell sprouts are maybe my favorite side vege. Bon apetit my friend.
