What is the lowest price per gallon of gas you paid at the pumps this year? - $1.859 for me!

    I was shocked to hit the gas station and find regular for $1.499 and the premium I use at $1.999. That's Shell gas, too, not some bargain brand. The earliest gas prices I can remember are around 0.85 to 0.87. It's got me wondering if I'll see those again.

    $1.82 with the smart card at Cumberland Farms. Cheapest gas prices I recall is $0.29 a gallon back in '67.

    Filled up last night needed a half tank, had discount points worth .80 so the regular price was 1.45. Got it for .65/gallon. I had to squeeze to fit 5.00 in. Thought I was back in my teen days when I would fill the car and get a carton of smokes....greenbacks left from a 20.
