I think my first post on this forum was I am against pollution but all for global warming 20 miles south of Canadian border February was the coldest on record!:shiver: I think average temperature in Burlington 25 miles south was 7 degrees for month of February. I say I have gone thru a chit load of wood 11 plus cords and not convinced it's done yet..

oh and it's not global warming anymore it's climate change.. I got to go look it up I think time magazine had a cover of the next coming ice age in the late 1970s

"I got to go look it up I think time magazine had a cover of the next coming ice age in the late 1970s" ... yep, they did. I'm not gonna get political here, but I'll just say one political party is threatening to make Global Warming/Climate Change a big subject in the next election, thinking it'll force the other side to shutup... me thinks that might not be such a smart move. That'll mean it'll "get debated"... oooooops... :fire::shiver::fire::shiver::fire::shiver:... :heidi:................:D

Always liked this... I've saved it for a few years... don't know who put it together...

    Climate Lesson for today:

    1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as earth.
    2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all of it's orbiting planets.
    3. The earth is one of it's planets.
    4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the sun.
    5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
