Ok ok I’ll fess up it was gamma rays idea on another site long ago.. some of you probably remember her.... She said it fit well because I built everything from fences, fire wood sheds to benches out of pallets. She was a good people.
It's the first part of my last name...and was a nickname I was called. Partly because most people couldn't pronounce the whole name
mine, well, I like to think of myself as conservative, hence, "save money". Not that I don't spend money, I do indeed, I just try to get a good price and not be wasteful. I need to do better at it.

The name is Gary. Sometime in the 70’s, it got mis-spelled to Gark once. Everyone in the radio shop started calling me Gark. Ok, I’m Gark.

The reason for my screen name is because I like to do blacksmithing (when me and Scotty Overkill aren't busy dropping tree's). I am an old soul and was born 150 years too late. I love old things and also it's one of the oldest crafts but it's also a dying craft. As I attempt to make things when I get the time I've learned that it's not as easy as it looks and I hold the highest regards for anyone who makes a living doing that today!
