Did you cut those tenons with a circ saw and sawzall? They look pretty good! I think it looks great right now. I'm a fan of wood colored wood!!

Looking good. I left mine natural. I need to get some rails made up to cover the window. What kind of corner connectors did you use for yours?
I went to Lowes and TSC hoping to find the trailer stake rack corners. Neither had them. So I am just using some connectors I had laying around temporarily. They work fine but are not as strong and I want to be able to take them apart and off when I want. Here is a shot of what I used. And as always, I found some better ones after.

Okay. Got to make the window protector Saturday morning and primed the whole kit and kabootle right through lunch time Saturday before we went to the movies. I'm disappointed a bit, but oh well. I was a bit of a hurry to get it done so I didn't take my time a do a better job. But that is what paint is for!

Thanks Stinny. I appreciate it. I know it will haul a lot more wood now and it will be better than messing with standing up some OSB to get a full load. LOL! I decided to just put the better corner brackets on that I found for now. I have a feeling I will be leaving the stake sides on more often than not. But not sure. So now I am thinking of if I should have a back to put on at the tail gate that I would put on when hauling wood or a lot of trash, etc.. Possibly get the trailer hardware corners for easily taking everything apart. Leave the back off when not hauling anything. Looks store bought ! Professional job ! That should do the job well. Add quite a bit more per trip. Can't wait to see a full load on there
