I got a start on one of the project I need to get done so I can get the garage bay back for my truck. First snow is spitting today. I did a little this morning and this afternoon. I'll get back at it a little later this afternoon. Quick school function for kids going on.

I still have quite a bit to do on these stake sides for the truck, but the actual stakes were what took the most time. What do you think for a color? I'm thinking I'll paint them black.

At first I had it as a 4 x 4 the full 4 x 4 but it looked too big.

Another rail to go on top yet.

I think black would look good too, and be easy to touch up. Looks good.

Yup. I am toying around with a couple different ideas. The two horizontal cross rails tied into the sides, then I have to come up with something to cover the rest of the window higher up.

I'm still using old pressure treated wood from the deck we tore of the camp a few years back. This wood is still plenty strong and has been outside for probably 20 years down there.
