    Lol. Haven’t clicked the link yet but I sure do agree on the Linkin Park. That’s another band that gets fast forwarded or turned off right away.

    These lyrics are possibly even more relevant today than when they were written.

    Ha! Good one. Relentless banger from the 80’s made me laugh out loud! :rofl: :lol:

    Late 80’s classic that didn’t hit for me till the early 90’s:

    My husband just walked in the door after bowling league tonight, he was singing Lover Boy? Everybody's Working for the Weekend :) Lol, I had Baker Street and played it over and over and over as a kid.

    Went back in this thread and I must have missed some posts!
    GWAR!! Listened to Scumdogs a good bit back in the day. Sick Of You was played and played many times over.
    Here’s a sample of some blues cds I have. When my dads best friend passed, he gave them to me. I always used to say if I was restricted to one genre for the rest of my life it would be the blues.

    I think that's my favorite Metallica album.

    Currently bringing some splits to the house with Judas Priest and Maiden mix. I bought tickets last night to see JP in reading in April. Taking my 2 buddies who are dealing with cancer BS. One is in remission the other still fighting hard. Seats are center stage 4 rows back. Way more $$$ than I would normally pay, but after thinking on their struggles and Ralphie Boy post about losing his friend, I said Im doing it. :dex::dex::dex:

    That’s great. Hoping he’s in good health then. Friend of mine got us tickets to see A Perfect Circle, Primus and Puscifer. Maynard’s birthday bash tour. That’s in April too. Long way off!

    Very powerful lyrics;
