Awesome! There’s so many favorites, couldn’t narrow down to a list. Kringle is still :dex: One dvd I have has the band narrating the making of that video. It’s great.

Your daughter? Good for her if so.

too many zooz is another good brass band. My wife finds them obnoxious so there’s that.

I thought the other way around regarding the SNL songs. I like "taking me back".

And that's not even funny. Lol. My beef is with people that think SNL used to be funny, but isn't anymore. In the 70's there were just as many misses, if not more misses than there are now. There's some really funny stuff on there, and has always been.

There were certain high points in SNL where the stars aligned but that magic just can’t be recreated. John Belushi comes to mind. Chris Farley is another one. I think as of late, a lot of people got burned out by the constant political stuff injected into their skits. It’s everywhere, and when you can’t even get lost in comedy without the tribalism, it gets old fast. Back in the 90s Chris Farley did one heck of a Newt Gingrich skit that’s still funny to this day. But those were very different times back then. Every show has a shelf life and only time will tell if SNL can reinvent itself or at least not fade completely into obscurity.
