Can you sharpen the knife of those and use them again or are they to far gone. Never had one apart before.

Easy to do, but keep in mind a new knife kit runs about $30.

I've done them on a belt grinder, with a file, and a surface grinder.

Built my shop 16 years ago and ran it off the gen set that ran the mill. I sold the mill in '08ish and have been going without or when necessary I'll fire up a 10KW generator I have.
Its been slightly inconvenient but not bad.
Today I'm installing a regular service panel and wiring in some outside power. Been a long time coming.

I felt a pain in my foot about 10 days ago, I thought I had landed on my foot wrong. I ran on it a couple of times but it started hurting yesterday and a quick exam showed a foreign object. I dug it out this morning.

Dang! You can't pinpoint anything you stepped on? Do you go barefoot a lot? I do and step on all kinds of things barefoot. But if you wear shoes usually its even more odd

Yeah, it really is. ALS really sucks, but him getting to stay on his scooter most of the day really makes it easier on him.

That was my big present to him, well that and the prime rib tonight.

Here's my dad and I by the tree. download_20151225_145243.jpg

    Cooking...

Cut up potatoes and boiled them to make mashed potatoes later.

Just pulled the birthday cake I am making my daughter out of the oven.

Guido Salvage , are you sure there's no chainsaw parts hidden in those cakes? ;). Maybe fire up a Mac to trim the cake tops? :saw:
