It's hot outside. So I'm drinking vodka and lemonade. It's delicious.

Vodka, pink lemonade and starburst lemon ice tonight. It's dangerous.

Way too easy to drink too much in the hotter temps.

Old crow and coke zero. I know cheap bourbons are frowned upon by many but after a couple years of experimenting I really enjoy old crow over everything I've tried. Makers mark was good but the smoke taste gets old. Beam black label was my go to for awhile but to me it's more harsh than the crow. I get a little citrus/orange kind of after taste with crow that I like a lot.

Kessler whiskey with diet 7-up. Good enough for a home cocktail. Kessler isn't all that expensive either.

Finished a bottle of Old Forester 1910 last night. It's such a good bottle. I also like their 1920.
Any recommendations on what I should try out next? I would say max $ is in the $80 and under range. IIRC the 1910 was around $60 for the bottle.

I’m more of a scotch drinker but like a bourbon occasionally. Basil Hayden and Blanton are both good but don’t buy enough to know current prices..
