Last night it was 3-cherry manhattans and the night before that and the night before that. They are so tasty that by the time I finish the first one, I want another, but that's a big no-no.

    Vodka and Salsa juice.
My homemade salsa has a bit of juice.
Way better than a bloody Mary

I don't often make coffee liqueur, but when I do, I make 3-1/2 gallons of it.

Won't be ready to drink for at least a month though.

It's pretty potent stuff, but it tastes really good. kahlua ain't got nothing on this stuff. We made 4 bottles last year and wife gave away 2 of them. I think I overcompensated for it on this batch. But if anyone pops in with a surprise christmas gift, they'll get something better in return.
We figure the cost is about $7 per bottle.
I can't find the coffee that they suggest in stores any longer so I had to get it from amazon...I think it's a key part of the flavor.
Wait a month for flavors to infuse and you won't believe the stuff you're drinking is homemade.

Had a Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter this afternoon with my buddy. It tasted as close to eating a fresh hop off the vine as I could tell.
That lead to a Torpedo, this was after a sixer of mich ultra in the sun on kayaks.

Got that belly full o' beah feeling, but still room for nightcap double fisting the standard - by the glow of pine secondaries in the Clydesdale

Sierra Nevada Torpedo - strong IPA. Try "one" not many at a time. Between the hop hunter and torpedo I had a warm face - that's pretty rare for this professional
