I figured that grey box on the blue trailer was the fridge. With one can of coke and 700 beers in it.

G'day Hoarders. I spent today helping one of my friends horde some firewood. I started early because I wanted to get as much done as I could before it got hot. I met my friend at the edge of the bush near his house at first light, and we headed in to the wood cutting area.

I cut the first load as my friend and his son loaded his HiLux.

They took that load home as I moved to a bigger tree and started bucking it up with my 066.

When they returned they loaded the smaller wood on to the HiLux.

And the bigger rounds were loaded in to my trailer, the biggest wood had to be noodled and split so we could load it.

We couldn't fit all that I had cut so some got loaded in to the backseat of the HiLux.

By time we had finished loading it was 90F, so we climbed in our trucks and headed to my friends house (air conditioners running)

When we got to his place the thermometer in my truck read 99F
    [IMG]
and there was no shade where we unloaded the wood.

Once unloaded we went up to his house where his wife had cooked chicken wings, potatoes, onion, and salad for lunch.

Afterwards we sat around and had a few drinks and bullchited for a few hours, another good day out!

One of my friends, his farther and myself finally got to go back to the cabin yesterday. We haven't been over there since September last year, so it was good to get back. So of course we filled my trailer while we were there.

We had some steaks and sausages for dinner and Wild Turkey for desert.Bacon and egg sandwich's for breakfast, then another friend came out to get some wood. Somehow chainsaws don't sound as good the morning after consuming 1/2 a bottle of bourbon.
