Way better than expected scrounge and Locust!

My only guess is that’s the mother of all btu valued trees. The thorns are there to keep us hoarders away.

 

Wanted to get back out the the locust scrounge today before the winter storm hits. Been to muddy the last month. To my dismay the slash and burn has begun. Luckily I was able to get 2 good loads out before it goes up in smoke!


I about puked 3 times because of inhaling smoke. I literally had to play the wind to grab rounds.

He left some rounds by the house, not sure if he wants them or not. About 3-4 truck loads. I’ll find out when I have time to get out there.

 

buZZsaw BRAD i think I’ve gotten about 8 loads out of there.

 

All split and stacked now. The stuff from today as from the pallets on the right to about 20 feet to the left.
