    We had an old Case skid steer that refused to move when it got below 10 degrees and ended up taping an electric battery blanket to the fluid reservoir. Fixed it right up. I wouldn't recommend that with a tractor though.

    Some of our olde tractors we have owned we had to deal with slow hydraulics when it was really cold but they were usually running correctly within 15 to 20 minutes. Makes me wonder if you might have some water in you hydraulic fluid? Have you ever looked at it when it's hot to see if it has any foam. Our 4020 was the hardest tractor to start below 25 degrees. If you didn't have it plugged in it was pretty much guaranteed that you were going to be pull starting it.

    Ha. Yeah 4020s don't like cold. That machine has a special fixture under the console for snortin' ether IIRC.
