Do you think they knew it was a rental? I'm glad it wasn't my Canyon which currently resides at the body shop for a small ding created by an errant limb....ahhh Mondays!(it'll buff out---priceless)
Are you paying for the rental or is it through your insurance? If you're paying by CC you might have coverage through the CC.
My insurance allots for rental. Because I did not take (it was not free) the additional coverage I have to pay my deductible up front to enterprise and then it is refunded after repair----has anyone been in a similar situation?
Off topic here...I work for a public utility and sometimes when the list is especially large, they call for all hands on deck to do the monthly dance of "you haven't paid your bill for 3 months so we are going to shut you off until you pay us for one month and then we will turn you on again until next month"...anyways, so this was December a couple years ago, we goes out to a "regular"...and he was home...and PO'd...wanted to pick a fight...but we are only allowed to tell them that if they think there has been a mistake, to call the office...so off the power goes, and as we are walking back to the truck he screams "Merry F-in Christmas!" at us...I hate doing this part of the job...but we got a big chuckle out of that one. Back to your regularly scheduled programming...
can't do that here until spring- law prevents shut offs in winter for Natural gas and Electric co. . Propane - sol- no pay no gas.
