is anyone else worried that these 2 are in cohoots? I mean Star Gazer and scavenger together..... these two could handle just about any thing or anyone... run equipment, stack, burn ..bikes.. etc etc...the only thing maybe out of realm of possibilities is fixing Washington ..
What's wrong with Washington? I have lived here all my life..... Oh, you meen that east coast Washington
Well scavenger , I can say with confidence, that if you were looking to meet a great bunch of folks, you've come to the right place. I've had the good fortune to meet several FHC'ers in person, and I now count many of them among my very closest friends. Now, I'm not sure what kind of success you'll have finding love in the classifieds here, that is unless it's a chainsaw that you desire. But your ad has certainly drawn a lot of attention - 1500 views so far - that's 10 times more than your average chainsaw ad here. So who knows? The GTGs would probably be a better place to get to know people - you usually only get a small sample of what people are like on a forum like this. I, for one, hope you can make it to the next one - you seem like a real character! I'm looking forward to some bacon and apple pie too!
well put SC but without my having posted no one would be the wiser as to my plight--and what a better place for the like-minded--I could have tried sky writing (too regional) craigslist (too dangerous) e-harmony (too costly) a bumper sticker (would ruin my chrome bumper) random calls from numbers in the phone book (no one's ever home) join a club (that's what I did!) so spread the word and look here for pictures to follow (as you all love to hear me say) oops I said LOVE
there's more action here on this thread than anywhere on the forum...you can tell it's summer in the USA. Chickenman is burning up a storm in Ausi country, but here it's AC time. i been down this road a time or two looking for that certain 'someone' match.com hooked me up after the upteenth try. happily married 4 years now!
Since this is the only for sale ad with any activity, anybody interested in this Echo 530? Needs a new clutch cover and the stop switch doesn't work at times. Runs well, $130 plus the ride.
oh my!!! i just thought that was a local thing that a couple of our hometown disk jockeys did!!! I didn't know it was a national thing
gheez i would have thought that was long gone!!! I haven't heard it since the early 70's i think that is AWESOME
