I'm a triple crown fanatic and thought many times about a trip to the derby--not sure I could pull off the garb though--the blue grass really blue or more an aqua? or maybe more the blue of lake erie (that's on a good day)--ever been this way?

does that mean you'll be at the oct gtg? and you are welcome up here anytime--in fact I was just told about an oak that's 90% dead that needs taken down and could use a man with all that "equipment"

well guess i'll have to decide between potato or macaroni salad when the time comes as a fall gtg sounds real cozy--ps that little picture you use is that some fish fillets frying or a cross section of a squashed tree?

Correct, bacon (and pie) are as much a part of a chainsaw forum as the saws themselves are.

Find a recipe for an apple and bacon pie (the bacon is the latticework on the top). You have 4 months to perfect it before anyone will judge your cooking.

You just can't, well shouldn't use a chainsaw to cut bacon, as you'll waste a ton of bacon, even with the narrowest kerf available.

Rule #1 of wood hoarders club. DON'T WASTE ANY BACON!
