well an update on my plight--a day after the hornet incident while at work another (this time unknown) insect zipped up my t-shirt sleeve and bit me just outside the right armpit territory--there was no sign of what it may have been but today my whole tricep is inflamed down to the elbow and it itches like a beagle who skipped his flea bath--and I keep thinking about the six or so rounds I had to abandon when attacked by the hornets--I HATE leaving wood behind--happy chopping:axe:

Many life cycles in the past, Jumped in van to proceed to next service call (back then it was my suit and tie life). As I settled back in the seat a series of very hot needle jabs began up and down my spine. Bailed out, ripped off sport coat ( literally tore it in half) and there in what was left of my sport coat were several yellow jackets, the culprits of my misery for the next couple of hours. The wasps must have been on the seat as I got in and flew up between jacket and shirt. As a rule they only raise a bit of a welt on me. Driving the 1980, 1 ton panel van with manual transmission and no power steering while attempting to keep from pressing one's back side into the seat back ( as that particular area was quite tender) was quite challenging.

Man hunt update: as I scoured the country for the perfect man I have run smack dab into what could be the perfect setup--I will be meeting a man (not for a couple weeks though) who owns and operates his own tree service:banana: He appears to fit all the qualifications set down forthwith and has yet to even view this website--of which I will be turning his attention--but why didn't I think of this duel advantage earlier? this by no means ends my FHC search but it does throw an interesting twist into this saga--not sure pictures will be appropriate:p

I wish you the best in finding a mate.

I had some false starts, not proud of it and much of it was my fault. Yes the first one left for some guy she met on the internet and ended being an abuser, which I am sorrowful for; no woman should be hit...ever. My second one; well I know what the bible says about a Christian marrying a Christian and knew her heart was not in the right place, but atlas she had a lot of money and was pretty...what could go wrong with that?

    A lot!

But then like the Prodigal Son, I made my changes in my life and met my new life on Christian Mingle though I was from Maine and she was from New Hampshire. Ultimately even got married in North Haverhill, NH and its been a wonderful 5 years. Katie is my best friend and not just a wife. I'll be the first to admit I don't deserve her though. God's mercy and grace, but hey that extends to everyone who asks for it.

I'm praying you find the companionship you seek Savenger. I really hope it goes well.

wow--that's a first--your prose practically brought a tear to my eye --I accept your best wishes and am happy for you at the same time--don't let word get out that I'm mushy over this whole thing--stand strong and search on and if all else fails bring in another load:stacke:

Oh we all like companionship. Not preaching at all to anyone, but often the bible makes great points and if you look at what God said...everything during creation he liked...until he saw that man was alone. At this he said, "this is not good". It was the first time he ever said it in the bible. I think perfectly its normal to want the company of someone else.

Of course I might have primed the pump so to speak. If you think cute puppies bring the woman folk in, imagine what my Christian Mingle post with me and a lamb did! Katie said I was irresistible. Its not very often you see guys holding a cute wooly lamb! Nothing says manly like smelling like chainsaw fumes and lanolin! :) DSCN3897.JPG

this otherwise full- power- ahead thread has been suddenly "cutened":Yar:---I can see how your better half melted for you and the little spud is a cutie too--thanks for the advise- but for the time being I'll continue to look for two exit visas and in the meantime smell a bit like 2-stroke myself...
