Cool!! Thanks. I'm striking out online. I hate to walk into a store and get them to pull out a bunch of books etc and feel bad not buying from them or paying double in a brick n mortor type store if I don't have too.

If I could just have access to a book or something. I may call electric motor warehouse and talk to an actual person and see what they can do.

brenndatomu I'll also see if I can oil this motor and see if it improves.

Can you pay dimensions of the blowers themselves?

You'll want to use some electrical cleaner (like brake cleaner, but for electrical stuff) and compressed air to clean it up first...

I got some of that...I think I'm about out but I know exactly what your talking about. This is cleaned with air as it is but I get what your saying...after I spray with cleaner. Get the crud flushed out of bearings.

Unless I completely miss my guess, you should be able to take the screws out of the outboard end of the motor and totally disassemble it (not as complicated as it may sound, there aren't very many pieces to it honestly...really a pretty simple procedure...just do it one at a time so you have the other for reference)

Here is some pictures. Horkn not sure what measurements you are looking for or just a ball park. I have clearance I believe in there so if it's a bit bigger I think it won't matter but I would have to double check the housing. Here are some Random measurements I took. Also some showing the mounting bolt holes where it mounts to the squirrel cage housing. Those probably are not exact on center measurements for the holes but will be close. Yep, after seeing those pics, just take the 2 screws out of the outboard bearing, then it, the inboard bearing, and the whole rotor/shaft assembly can be separated and removed to be cleaned and lubed.

I need to go to Walmart tomorrow, going to pick up some electrical parts cleaner. I use it for other stuff anyway.

Make sure you have, or get yourself some oil too...I just realized the 3 in 1 oil I tried to link earlier is not appropriate for these tiny little motors...you need a lightweight motor/turbine oil...like this zoom oil...the right or wrong oil will make or break this cleaning/oiling as far as how long it will work for...and in this scenario you obviously don't want to have a short lived repair.

Why is the 3n1 lightweight oil not appropriate. I was thinking that would be the correct stuff

The 3 in 1 motor oil that I mentioned earlier is 20 wt, too thick for this tiny motor...you want 10 wt and a turbine type oil. The 3 in 1 even says on it for x HP and up (1/4?)...

I have some light oil, n description but it came with my hair clippers. Think that would be ok? Clippers can't be much motor power and there sliding type action that needs lube.

I use to have a small pin point applicator full of light oil I got from a line distributor. I had it on my reloading table but not sure where it got too. It had a pocket clip on it and was in a container like about the size of an ink pen. It had a needle like a syringe size just without a sharp point. I need to see if I can find that.

I saw that while googling last night . The vogelzang stuff went to US stove and was both brands and I think it said that maybe? They both literally for awhile before they said they were the same made identical stoves.

I may even call US Stove, but I probably will talk to someone who doesn't have a clue and try to convince me the one that I see listed is for my stove based on stove model number.:picard:

I actually called them (USSC) with questions about my Ashley pellet stove and the nice lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sent me several parts for free even tho the stove was technically out of warranty.
