    Major score and a nice restoration. I would be tickled to have such a vise but my Wife says I have to many vices already!

    Me too! This has been my way of life for a while now. Trying to rese, recycle, repurpose as much as possible without going too far off the deep end.

    Thanks. I didn't go all out like some people who are equipped to do so but definitely brought it back from the dead. It's been dang privilege to sharpen my chainsaw while supported on this vise! I have a second one that is almost exactly the same that I restored as well.

    They don’t make em like they used to these days. I’d actually prefer finding a deal on an old one and restoring it. They were built to last a lifetime plus more. I don’t like the junk made in China that just breaks.
