On the road again, just can't wait to go to work again....... Morning fog over the hay field. Another part of the process, this is a blunger plant, raw Kaolin is ground up and mixed with water and a couple chemicals to make a slurry, it is then pumped to the main plant where sand and other impurities are removed before further processing.
If I could catch em and box em up I could send you a hundred fox squirrels without damaging the population here. We've got em all over the place
I really like the different color variations they have. Wish there were more around. I've seen maybe 10 or so over the years...
I went and looked at our sunrise and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was picture worth. For once my camera actually caught the colours of the sunrise. Thanks for the inspiration T.Jeff Veal West coast sunrise.
Woke up around 5:30 this morning and had the windows open last night and noticed how noisy it was outside. Birds were singing up a storm. They sounded beautiful.
Beautiful. I have taken quite a few sunrise/sunset pictures and here are a few pointers I learned. If your camera has the sunset mode, use it. That highlights the reds and oranges. If it doesn't have that mode, try focusing on the sky, the light background will keep exposure darker, letting colors show. In the picture I took, if I had focused on the trees, the shy would have whited out/blew out...here are a couple sunsets over a pond I took several years ago with my camera, no editing or enhancement, natural color in sunset mode.
Thanks for the tips. I just have a point and shoot Kodiak and it works for most things. I will check to see if there is a sunrise/sunset mode on it. Sunrises and sunsets always brings to mind Psalms 19: 1-4 NIV 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. 2 Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. 3 They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. 4 Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.
Another beautiful dawn this morning. Over our little town of Deepstep, GA About half way to work GOD'S Beautiful Canvas.
