VHS to CD ?

    I have some VHS footage of loading logging trucks with the loader in my avatar ,about 35 minutes worth .
    How do I transfer VHS to CD ?

    I would like to a tread with the footage , two posts but do not know how to get from the vhs tape to a thread or post!:confused:
