Very happy with my 'Diamond Wheel' CBN dressing wheel

    I get it with mine. Regular wheels or cbn. Once the wheel hits the depth stop I tend to hold it there for a few seconds while the flex comes out of the wheel. Those last few small sparks tend to flake the burr away, or at least make it so it can be wiped away with a finger

    Yes I do on occasion but like you said it flakes right off and doesn’t seem to hurt anything. Might be do to how much finer the cbn abrasive is unlike a stone that actually has small high spots that may be why it knocks the chrome flake off.

    Yep, the tiny burrs that can be taken off with a fingernail,,,,I just let the first revolution of the chain in wood take them off. No harm no foul.
    With the pink wheels no matter how slow I went with the tap tap method I’d get burrs that made a nice trenching tool.
