Not the offer, I can get them ported at anytime by anyone. You buy every new in box 241 you can for $700 and I’ll buy it…

Notice buZZsaw BRAD didn’t go buy said saw and call me… Ryan paying $700 for a new one should be all the proof to Brad or Chris need on why they are wrong. (He did get lucky and find 2 that a dealer wanted to move, not sure why, Ebay they would have went for $1k)

I do need to correct one of my posts, the whole EU to dollar thing gets kinda screwy, they are available for $850ish in Europe new… Shipping and bar/chain choice etc. etc.

Originally got it from a member on here. Was going to rent a lift to trim some huge trees in my back yard. Ended up renting a lift from a guy that help do the trimming so didn’t really need it. I use it occasionally for small trim jobs or cutting splits that are too long. I could probably sell it since I don’t use it enough

    I'd buy a V3 mtron before I'd buy NOS. better solenoid..more reliable.

Arguing about saw prices is pointless, it's regional and some people might just get lucky...like I did with the V3 241 I bought.

    Lol...of course you can.

I got a good deal on mine, I'm not sure many people could duplicate the deal I got, I asked the right person at the right time.

Different saws with a different purpose in mind for sure. I think the 241 makes a 200/201 obsolete. (not the 200T/201T though) I sure do regret not hanging on to one when I had access to them (new) cheap!

I guess Stihl didn’t agree with that sentiment, at least here in the U.S.

They had to agree at least a little bit...

The 241c isn't made here anymore...

Am I missing something here? Mm said he felt the 241 made to 200/201 obsolete, they shelved the 241 and kept the 201.

With my 241 purchase my 201 rear handle hasn't been touched. Love my 201 top handle. If a minty 200T came up for sale reasonable I'd be very tempted. Curious about it.

I think he was referring to the rear handled versions off the 200/201???

It’s an older one, it will have a mtronic identifier in the corner on that label if it’s version 2.0 Or higher with the new recalibration method of holding wide open
