    When I started out many moons ago all I ever used was TCW3 snowmobile oil, used if for several years before going to synthetic (been using Amsoil Sabre for many years now), I've never blown up any saws or had a scoring issue from my mix yet to date, and I've been running around 45:1 in all my 2-stroke equipment....even the ancient saws..

    I still have many of the old saws I started out with and occasionally use them to this day....I'm a hoarder, after all!!

    Some of yinz will recognoze my old modded Stihl 041AV Super....she's still got it!!
