    Can't imagine an visiting without a cath in the back up supplies. Sorry Judy had to be transported to the hosp. under those circumstances. Prayers that things settle down for you. Get some rest and eat right.

    Dennis I am so sorry you are going through all of this. I'll keep my thoughts about our healthcare at bay for now. Instead, I will turn my attention to prayer's for your wife and yourself during these trying times.

    Prayer for a friend's healing

    You are soft like a pillow, come comfort her mind.
    You are warm like a blanket, wrap her safely inside.
    You are bright like the sunlight, let hope fill her heart.
    You are soothing like birdsong, bring joy make her laugh.
    You are cleansing like water, flood through and restore.

    Another update. She took a turn for the worst late yesterday. We discussed it and she was okay to go to a hospital so long as it was not the same one but wanted to wait until morning. Could not wait so during night I called ambulance. No we'll go through lots of tests but maybe we'll get some good results. I have not been to see her yet and can't until she gets covid clearance. But I've had contact via phone. I've also talked to nurses and doctors. This place is much different than the other! Let's pray we get good reports and some healing.

    So having spent time in a couple hospitals (severe intestinal issues), somone suggested that I pray for others I would see there...or to be the light in an otherwise dark place. When my faithful wife was there, we sang hymns. One nurse even prayed with me (after id said something about my faith). In fact she told me something that there's no way she would have known without His saying something to her heart).

    In the assignment (to be light in a dark place) was provision.

    No matter what, He has you both.

    Rest a little in His strength.

    I feels so very sorry that Judy has to go through so much. All that shuffling around while feeling so ill. She is a trooper for sure. Dennis, you must feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. I pray for the both of you. Hope you start to get some good news and Judy better.
