    That lakos sediment filter is the same one I have. Pretty cool device but be careful about it leaking through the lid. I finally took it apart and lubed the rubber seal with silicon keg lube and it's been great ever since. Seems the housings warp.

    Isn't it great now that you are selling, all the projects get finished so the new owner has everything perfect......
