If anyone see's it at the 2/$10, take a pic (if ya can) of the display showing the price. PA Dan mentioned they will price match other stores.
Crap, I was gonna do that when I was in the store the other day, then didn't... That is a good idea. I don't go into the office very often, but I will try to post a pic of the display if I get over there this week.
Great tip! I was out of touch on prices, but the Mrs says she has been paying $8.60 per gal buying by the 55 gal barrel for her work.
I'm really surprised nobody in the USA has posted a pic of that display of 2 for $10 so we could con our local TS to give us same price. C'mon, I'm 'bout out of oil, lol!
I was planning on posting one today but never made it into the office that is close to a TSC. Maybe Friday, I hope it won't be too late. I don't recall seeing a date on it.
Like I mentioned, I was told if you show your local store that sale price they match it. I personally haven't tried but the people that did said it worked for them. This was a while back though (less than 2 years or so).
They had the sale here in Massatucky, 14/2. I’ll try the meet the price tact and see what happens. I did mention it to the young clerk and she ad libbed a reason, ( I think ).
Just got our sale flyer to TSC in. 2/$14... normally $8.29/ gal. I'm going to get some. Stihl oil I about $14-15 gal and Poulan oil at Wally world is about $11 now. I usually get a gal of each and mix it.
Menards is running theirs at 5.79 + 11% rebate which come back as a store credit. Sale until 9/2. I will be stopping for 2 or 3 as I already have almost 7.00 from the last 11% rebate event. I have been happy with the brand they sell, FVP brand I believe is the label.
The TSC in grand Island ne. had it on sale 2 for $12 I think it was. But the shelf was empty. The tag on the shelf said price was good till October 1st. So I’ll have to check next time I’m in North Platte. The husqvarna is usually $14 a gallon. So I’ll definitely give it a try if I can catch some in stock at that price.
Do some research with trusted sites before doing it. I've heard nothing but negative. With no tackifier, I'd imagine most flings right off at the tip.
