    I had a set of those too... Wasn't happy on there life. The tread closed gap and got pretty slick at the end. I had them on a 1996 1/2 2wd...

    If you want a good all around street tire that is good in snow but dont need offload, I love the Michelin LTX M/S2. Gets pronominal tire rack reviews and people get 60-80k on them. We run them on our Honda pilot.




    I asked the same question but also with mild offroad capability and great snow capability on another board and was pointed to te Nokian Rotivva (all terrain and sever snow rated). Its a bit hard to find but I put a set on my Tacoma and love them so far. Will report on snow performance in the spring.

    I ran 2 sets of Uniroyal Laredo's on my Tacoma got 70K on each :thumbs: and they are made by Michelin just don't cost as much ;)

    I might take a look at the Michelin's. Looks like those are around $170 each. Not much more than the others I was looking at.
